We had a really great stay in Hoi An just next door to a quiet area in the island of Cẩm Nam, the center of the old town and the night market and Shop 45 in the market. It had good location, within 10 minutes walk from Museum of Trade Ceramics.

Great location, close to the market and lantern bridge. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Big and clean rooms with hot water and Wi-Fi. Delicious breakfast with a variety of choices.

We stayed at Dat Cam Homestay for 3 nights during our trip to Vietnam. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even taking us to a nearby food market and Taylor shop. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and shower. The location was perfect, right next to the bridge and within walking distance to the day and night markets. They even rented us a bike so we could explore the beach, which was a great afternoon outing.
